Arizona's only event created just for expectant and new parents with kids 5 and under!

Find resources and supports for pregnancy, birth, postpartum and your health in the first 5 years of new parenthood at our vendor fair! Take part in self care activities such as meditation, sound healing and flower crown making, and participate in workshops on topics like postpartum planning and care, mental health support, pelvic floor health and finding and making new friends as a parent. Round the day out with our 4th Trimester Ceremony where we welcome new parents into our community. We can't wait to see you there!
