Nurturing Parenthood

Join us for a full day of connection, workshops, a parents centered exhibitor fair, and self care opportunities for parents and parents to be!

Join us for Arizona's only event created just for new and expectant parents and those who support them! Meet experts, find community, and explore tools to manage the mental, physical and emotional changes in the first 5 years of parenthood.

"Everyone wants to hold the baby, but who holds the mother?" --Jabina Colman

Our one-day in person event features workshops, self care opportunities, and a parent focused exhibitor fair connecting new and expectant parents with local health care providers, communities', resources, doulas, lactation consultants and more!

This year's 4th Trimester Arizona Conference brings together our Community across Arizona IN PERSON to connect, receive support and education, and heal as a collective.

The conference continues to be FREE to WIC and AHCCCS participants with registration. Early bird pricing will be available for a limited time.

To learn more, including speakers and schedule, check out our Conference website!

As a reminder, the conference sessions will be for adults and children in arms only.

If you are in need of disability services, please contact us at info@4thTrimesterAZ.org so that we can work together in order to provide accommodations. Requests must be made no later than Friday, February 2nd.
