Building the Workforce. Shaping Policy. Supporting Families.

Join leaders across Arizona’s maternal and child health ecosystem for a day of learning, connection, and action focused on strengthening care from pregnancy through early childhood.

The Arizona Maternal & Child Health Workforce & Policy Summit brings together the people working across healthcare, public health, policy, community care, and family support to strengthen Arizona’s maternal and child health system.

This year’s Summit will focus on the workforce, policies, partnerships, and care pathways needed to better support families from pregnancy through postpartum, infancy, and early childhood. Together, we will explore what is working, where families are still falling through the cracks, and how Arizona can build a more connected system of care.

The 2026 Summit will take place in person at the Dorrance Center at Desert Botanical Garden, offering a beautiful setting for learning, connection, and renewal. Attendees will have the opportunity to visit the Garden on the day of the Summit, with intentional time built in for networking, reflection, and self-care.

Join health plans, hospitals, providers, birthworkers, behavioral health professionals, lactation providers, childcare leaders, researchers, public health partners, policymakers, nonprofit leaders, and community health workers for a day designed to grow the partnerships, ideas, and relationships that help Arizona communities thrive.
